Q: How will I receive my gallery of images?
A: Your images will be available for viewing on a password protected site that will be emailed to you in approx. 3 weeks after your session (does not apply to weddings, please check your contract). You can then select and order your images online or book an appointment to view the images together on a larger screen and place your order in person. Mini sessions take approx. 2 weeks for the gallery to be ready. **Please note that during peak season it may take longer for galleries to be ready and your patience and understanding is appreciated.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: It takes at least 2 weeks for an order to be processed and arrive at the studio. Albums and books typically take 4-6 weeks to arrive. If you require images for a specific date, be sure to let me know when booking.
Q: How long do you keep my images?
A: Any images that are ordered are backed up and kept for a year. All gallery images that are not ordered are deleted 4 weeks once your order has been placed.
Q: How many images will be in my gallery?
A: A regular gallery of up to 5 people will have approx. 50 images and a gallery that has an extended family will have approx. 75 images. A mini session has approx 25 images.
